  • We only collect contact information and email address from members as part of their membership.

Why We Collect Your Data

  • Non-members:  to understand which public-facing pages are the most useful.
  • Members:  to tell whether you are logged in or not, and thus whether you have access to members-only pages.
  • We only send email to members to inform them of routine society matters such as meetings and the availability of newsletters.  We do not collect email addresses from non-members and we never email non-members.

Family History Society of Arizona is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential.  Our software provider uses the latest technologies to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure.

Since we do not collect the personal data of non-members, there is no need to restrict your data.  Members can indicate which data they’re willing to share with other members, by maintaining their Profile page.
