Arizona Historical Digital Newspapers
The Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records has the largest collection of historic Arizona newspapers in the state spanning from the first Arizona newspaper published in 1859, to current titles.
British Columbia Historical Newspapers
The BC Historical Newspapers project features digitized versions of historical papers from around the province. The titles, which range from the Abbotsford Post to the Ymir Mirror, date from 1859 to 1995.
British Colonist 1858-1920
Published in Victoria, it became the leading paper in the colonies of Vancouver Island and British Columbia, and was the paper for the province of British Columbia until the emergence of Vancouver and competitors in the 1890s.
The British Newspaper Archive ($)
The British Newspaper Archive contains around three million pages of newspaper content originally funded as part of a £3m contribution from JISC. This was an important initiative that contributed greatly to the British Library's digitisation of their historic newspapers.

The LIbrary of Congress Directory of U.S. Newspapers in American Libraries is a searchable index of newspapers published in the United States since 1690. This directory can help identify what titles exist for a specific place and time, and how to access them.
